Well, I’m literally back, at least the internet is back already. After changing the router, I still had alot of unknown outgoing traffic based on the netstat which I run. And finally, I went to hide the network’s SSID and change the name to a longer one. That also didn’t work.
I downloaded spyware remover and totally rip all the home PCs apart and killed all the spyware. So now the internet is back…still slow. Speedtest doesn’t show much improvement though and I’m waiting for Maxis to call me, but bearable lah…I just gotta refresh few rounds of the page, then it loads.
I’m just waiting for Maxis to call me, then I’m gonna tell them..hah….still down, please refund me this month…arghh…I almost vomit blood talking to them yesterday when I told them could it be DOS.
I’ll clear all my blog hopping backlog on weekends…so people, hang on there!!!
at least you can speak IT mumbo-jumbo with them! i’m still trying to set up my router at home. can help ah?

wow… you are back finally! i know exactly how you feel… i always kena this type of things 😛 but my service provider streamyx is not that fast to react to complains:P

aiyo…whenever something is wrong with the computer or the connection, sure a lot of headache. complaining and waiting for these people will double the pain!!
