My cousin is a Equestrian. She started riding a horse since she was 10 years old. Though she doesn’t represent the country for the sports, I must say that she’s pretty good for my standard. And when she put on her tailored sportsman equestrian apparel, boy she looks great. If I was as petit size as her, I wouldn’t mind to be an equestrian and earn a living.

Last week during the pilates session, yoga instructor told us that we need to purchase our own yoga mat instead of using the ones in the gym. So I went browsing in the internet and found thera bands website that could deliver yoga mats to us for a fraction of the price. I called all my gym mates and told them about this. We’ve since placed our orders from them as well.

The other day while the gardeners in our condo were watering the plants, I couldn’t help but to notice that they were using teflon hose instead of normal plastic hose. Now I understand why we pay so much for our condo maintenance. They are using much higher grade tools for their day to day work!! Wonder if long term, it will save more or not.
