Now that Vyktore is 2 weeks old, Faythe is still excited over whenever she sees him as before. She has yet to show signs of jealous. Sometimes she gets too excited she will pat Vyktore’s head a bit harder. But once we tell her not to do that, she will kiss him. In fact she kisses him every other day.Photos taken over the pass few days. Mommy has got not much time to do anything just laze around, be a cow, entertain and talk to Faythe and take photos…that’s all bout my 2 weeks confinement.
Just finish feeding Vyktore and Faythe woke up…She kissed him on his forehead and gave us a big grin
When she hears Vyktore cry or make any sound, she will quickly run over to the basinette and take a look. Sometimes she will pat the lil’ brother just like how Mommy pat her to sleep.

Vyktore was admitted to hospital for Jaundice yesterday night. Mommy and Daddy very stressed up..Poor lil fella. The readings was 16, under 10 is normal. It’s quite serious, I could see him turning yellow :(.It’s partly Mommy’s fault, didn’t feed him enough and he was sleeping too much.

He was admitted by 8pm. Since there wasn’t any BM readily pump for him, we had to give him formula for the night. We went home leaving him behind with the nurse in the Special Care Nursery in hosp. There were a few other babies, prematures and triplets too!!!

Mommy couldn’t sleep well last night, and did the cow job. Managed to pump 12oz+ of milk for him (every 2-3 hours interval). We brought the milk for him this AM and he definitely looks better though I still see his eyes a bit yellowish.

Managed to feed him there directly as well. There won’t be any blood test taken today, they will do that tomorrow and will see if he’s ready to discharge.

Mommy now @ home doing more cow job.

Announcing the addition to the Hon Family

Name: Vyktore (pronounce as Victor) Hon Ming Kuok 韩名国 (translated means Victorious Country Named Hon)
Vital stats: 2.7kg, 46cm

He has a headful of hair just like Faythe. Daddy says he’s very hairy, now he has the nickname *wolfboy*. Quit baby but when he’s hungry, screams his lungs off!!!

Mommy is OK. We’ve got colustrum from day 1 *Yippee*. But the contraction of uterus is real bad :(.

Thanks for all the sms-es. We are now back home enjoying Worldcup hehe…

Faythe jie-jie is extremely good *for the first day*. She kissed him and pat him to sleep. Even offer her bottle of yoghurt to the lil’ brother. She’s like so prepared to have the lil’ brother. I hope she will remain like this in the coming months :)

Last of everything

I feel as though it’s the turning point of a new beginning. The feeling is so weird, unlike previously it was all so excited, this time round it’s a mix feeling excited plus the last of everything.
Last night, is the last night I will ever have full attention with Faythe. After this it will be for Faythe and baby. Sue drop by at night to pass us the baby carrier and some clothes for baby. After she and Izac left, Faythe was busy playing with the baby carrier. She doesn’t seem to remember she used to sit in it hahaha….

Then I put her to sleep, supposed to take some of her sleeping photo, but end up I fell asleep too until Daddy came back @ 2am.

I was awake till 4am, string a bracelet and took some photos before I went back to bed. That was the last night.

This morning, there were more LAST with Faythe.

 

 

Her last milk. After this Mommy gonna be feeding/making milk for another baby, no longer only for Faythe.

 

 

Her last shower. After this Mommy gonna shower for 2 kids, not only 1. So I let her play longer today.

 

Her last dressing up. After this Mommy will have to dress up 2 kids, not only 1. 

I drop her off at MIL’s place after her shower. Will be meeting them tonite for dinner before MIL drop me off to hosp. Daddy is flying afternoon, so will only come to hosp after his flight tonight. He’ll be off during the weekends, and hopefully manage to get a swap on Monday.
This is Daddy..He looks blur, like *God knows what’s gonna happen when I have 2 kids!!!*.
   
Actually he was doing his paperwork, preparing for his flight hahaha…I went for a haircut after dropping them off, it was a really good one. I told the hairstylist tonight I’m admitting to hosp, So please wash and scratch clean clean :P. And they did, cause there wasn’t any other customer around hahaha…Then I went home took some stuff, drop it off at a friend’s house and went to Tesco. Another round of final shopping, even bought stout for baby to bath LOL.
    
So this will be the last post. Post after this will not only talk about Faythe and Mommy, but also about the new baby. Probably a change of name to the blog too to accomodate the new fella :).And I just remembered, apart from Worldcup, this weekend F1 race is on too..looks like I won’t be bored to death. At least there’s something line up for me hahaha….

Haven’t pop…I’m still here, but officially off from work. I manage to squeeze my gynae to give me MC kakakaka….

I’ve been working round the clock for the last 3 days, finally my project go-live and handover done yesterday.

Been getting contraction pass few days. We went for checkup on Monday and the placenta doesn’t look promising at all. So we decide to induce this friday night if labour doesn’t come till then.

So this blog will be taking off days very soon…will be back, doesn’t really have anything to blog now, I’m just so tired after the go-live project, need a break.
