Well, we are supposed to sell the old house, and market rate says this piece of real estate will at least be priced at 200K. But looking at the condition of the house as well as the time it has been left empty. I doubt it can reach 200K. I told my friends and Daddy, if it’s 180K, I will go ahead and sell it too…since the rate is good now before the market goes down. The new owner would probably have to spend some money to fix the house up as most of the basic things are not working at least for now…Sigh…what a sad condition.

When Daddy used to work in office, he used to put on cufflinks when he needs to meet client. Those were the days. I actually bought him some cool looking cufflinks 3 years ago and he loves those 2 sets. But ever since he changed his job, those cufflinks are sitting in the box collecting dust. Now I wander when he will be putting on those cufflinks again. Nowadays he will use them once in a while, maybe during wedding dinners, that’s about it.

We (Vyktore & Mommy only) went for an all boys blogger meet last Saturday. Where’s Faythe? She went shopping with MIL and I couldn’t fetch her on time, so decided to ditch her and went dating for Vyktore haha…and of course lug my maid along. It was a very small gathering, only 3 Mommy :). Paik Ling & Bryan and Marlina & Sean. All 3 boys are about same age, only 1 month difference, Vyktore being the oldest, but smallest size *shame*.

We met at Paddington House of Pancake at the Curve at 1:30pm. That place was packed, we manage to get a seat outside. Ordered some simple food and since Vyktore had his lunch at 1pm (milk), he wasn’t interested in eating, but instead he was busy walking along the aisle and playing a fool while Bryan and Sean was busy eating and staring at my big camera hahaha (which explains why the LO don’t have Vyktore’s pic)…Bryan really loves the camera, each time I point at him, he keeps smiling and giving me various pose haha…how cute. I told Paik Ling, next time can be my model LOL.

Marlina’s pancake dessert looks so yummy, though dessert, the serving was huge. And looks very yummy haha..next time I must try that. I ordered pancakes with sausages and bacon..slurps…

We hope to meet again next time, when the boys are bigger, then they can have boys playgroup haha..not only Faythe got friends, Vyktore also has :).

Today marks our 4th Wedding Anniversary (based on our wedding banquet). It is certainly unbelievable that 4 years passed by like a gust of wind. And to mark the 4th Wedding Anniversary, we are actually now in Hanoi for a 4D3N holiday :).

This trip was actually planned since early September since Daddy exam was about 2 weeks ago. But only later I realised it falls on our anniversary haha…what a coincidence.
Many things has changed throughout this 4 years. Ups and downs we’ve been thru together. We’ve grow together as a family. May there be many more to come.

And here’s the Terrible 2. Totally opposite of Terrible 1. I hope this is her limit, her max. You know what she did.

She took Daddy’s basketball. Climb on the stairs and roll it off the stairs railing!!! And the ball went bouncing around, hit the fan on the floor and broke. We were lucky Vyktore wasn’t hit by the ball.

I was really mad I asked her to sit on the stairs instantly and she dare not look at me (see 1st pic). I questioned her why she did that and all she did was kept quiet and pretend didn’t see me.

I got irritated and shouted at her but still I didn’t get the attention. So I moved her to a corner facing the wall. Can’t see the TV, can’t see anything, just the wall.

She pretended to cry and call me, but I said if you don’t explain and admit your mistake, you can stand there whole night.

She shed some tears and said Sorry. And I explained to her why she mustn’t do that. She stopped crying. After the whole scene, I asked her again if she can throw things from the stairs..and she said, “Cannot”.

OK she got her lesson. Until today, she remembers it and don’t do that anymore. That’s one thing good bout her, you scold her once she remembers it for long time

Was formatting Daddy’s Laptop and before that did some backup and found some really cute pictures. Have you seen Terrible 1 in action? Yup…that’s the cute lil face of terrible 1. I can’t recall what she was doing back then, but it was punishment by Daddy.

She was asked to sit on the floor don’t move. Then hold her ears. She just happily sat there, hold her ears. And I asked her to say cheese…and pose for me and she did just that!!!

So co-operative right. I guess at that age, they don’t understand the word punishment. She thinks we are probably playing with her.

So cute how to punish right….in the end let her go as well.

Daddy’s laptop is close to 4 years old. Lately it’s been giving us pretty much headache. The HDD died and we changed a new one. Then it has overheat problem. I guess the laptop has pretty much served us for so long and it’s time to send to lala land. There’s been great offers available in my office with EPP, but I think we have to wait at least 2 more months, when my quota gets reset, then we can go and order 1.

Daddy’s car has got some scratches on the bonnet. Thanks to me haha…I double park his car and after 30 minutes, when I got back to take the car, it was whoa…added with some big asterisk on the bonnet. When Daddy say this, he scolded me (expected lah). So I’m thinking of getting some paint and touch up from body shop supplies. I think it’s definitely cheaper than respraying the whole car.

Let me suggest this to him and see what he says.
