Well, I didn’t schedule anything to be up today, simply because I wanted to commemorate this date. What so special about today anyway?

Nah…it’s just another day, with the calendar marked 29th Feb. Yeah!!! It’s 29th Feb. You only have this day once in every 4 years. And as a blogger that has write more than 3 years, this is the 1st leap year post. So saja purposely never write other thing and talk crap here LOL.

I’ve been so tired pass few nights, especially after Wednesday’s badminton session..Yeah, I’ve started badminton again, cause I was put on the table and slaughtered to join the team. We having a tournament in the dept….shiaks…sweats. So I have to practice now before I get smashed left n right.

But not only that, I’ve started something with Mr. Vyktore Hon, and so far it seems like a success!! We shall celebrate that with a post next Monday OK :).

Anyway…..here’s to 29th of Feb!! Anyone out there born on 29th Feb? I wonder do they celebrate their birthday once every 4 years…hmm…….

I went to Putrajaya with the kids sometime ago. I didn’t drive there, a photographer kaki drove us there since he wanted to kepoh as well. Met up with my colleague, whom is also the sponsor mgr for photography club.

What were we doing there? We are having some event this Saturday, 1st March. We decide to do something different for the outing this time. Instead of field trip, we are going to do model shoot. Syiok ehh…

So we were at Dataran Putrajaya…the mosque, like the scenery there though it’s quite crowded. And there was this big mansion across the Mosque. Wonder who’s house is that. Took some shots at the bridge, but I doubt that’ll be the place we gonna shoot.

Then we went up to Shangri-La Putrajaya to have a look and there was a park (which was more quiet) and we thought that’d be a good place for photoshoot.

I just randomly took some pics there as homework cause we need to discuss about the location (as we have not finalised yet) in the next meeting.

So what else…..lets wait for this Saturday and see how well it goes. I’m very excited & nervous at the same time since it’s 1st time doing model shoot and I’m not really interested in shooting leng luis…I prefer to shoot kids.

After watching the umpteen time repeat of Spiderman (1 & 2), this phrase is really getting into Faythe. One of those days, she took out this bunch of plastic tulips and she came upstairs while I was doing something in my room.

Faythe: Mommy, nah this for you *handed me the flowers*
Mommy: What’s this for?
Faythe: I want to Marry you. Like the spiderman one…..
Mommy: *I couldn’t help but broke into laughter*…..hahahahaa….girl, I can’t marry you cause I’m married to your Daddy. Next time you big already then you will get married with another boy OK?
Faythe: No no…you must marry me…we must get married
Mommy: But I’m already married… (tai wok liao)
Faythe: I don’t want to marry that boy, I want to marry you…I want to marry daddy and I want to marry Vyktore boy
Mommy: *Ooopss…looks like she got the concept wrongly…* err..you can’t you can only marry other people but not us

I saw her dejected face when she found out I won’t marry her, neither Daddy nor Vyktore would as well…But I had a great laugh how she grasp the concept and came to me to ask me if I would marry her.

That was sometime ago and after many many pursue of trying to persuade me to marry her she has finally understand that I’m married to Daddy. But she never tell me if she want to marry another person, when I asked her she want to get married or not, she said “NO”.

Not only Faythe is obsessed with Stickers, but Vyktore too. I introduced Faythe with stickers when she was 18 months and I gave her this exercise book where she’ll stick all over it. But nowadays, she likes to stick on the wall, on the floor, on everywhere…which I refrain her from doing so, but she secretly did it (when I found out kena scolding what else LOL).

Vyktore also likes sticker. But he doesn’t stick it anywhere like Faythe. He likes it on him :|. And he likes it on me too…Whenever he sees a sticker book, he will bring it and point to me and gesture he wants the sticker. I will just detach the sticker and give to him. Sometimes I’ll stick on his arm or cheeks and hold his hands so that he can’t take them off hahaha…..

Once he takes it off, he will usually fold spoil them. If it doesn’t get spoiled, he will stick it on his own legs, or even my legs :|. Then he will ask for a new sticker and it goes on and on…there goes the sticker book.

Sometime in January, I was given the privilege (again…this is the 3rd time) to organise an unforgettable event for our department. The previous few time, I was the committee, this round I’m the organising chairman :|. A kick-off dinner for 1000 staff!! Yeah…my dept is that big, scary huh. Close to 650 people registered and turn out for that event. It was held in Renaissance KL. It was really stressful throughout that period…you know all these people last minute want to come, all the changes in the program, etc, etc…I’m so glad that the event went well, apart from the system hiccup during registration.

Sorry no pics as I was too busy that night and thank god I wasn’t the official photographer if not everyone will be so upset cause no photos hahaha…

So after the event, we wanted to celebrate with the team after all the hardwork. So we went Lobstering @ Lobsterman SS2. It was a Friday night and I asked the sponsor mgr if I could bring my kids along hehe…yes, I brought them along with my maid!!!

Everyone had their share of lobster (cooked in various style), mussels, escargot, garlic bread, pumpkin soup (Vyktore drank 2 bowls!!). It was a great time. We also open 2 bottles of wine (I didn’t drink of course).

The kids enjoyed the meal too. I ordered a set for 2 to share with my maid. It comes with 2 pumpkin soup (which Vyktore sapu all), A lobster (I chose French Bake with Cheese), a bake seafood with cheese rice (the kids love this too) and fruit dessert (Vyktore ate most of the pineapples in the dessert).

Faythe had a great time drawing on the table cloth paper (they put thick paper on top of the table cloth so that they can wrap and throw easily).

Great place for dining, but not cheap. About 15 of us and the bill came up to a whooping RM2K. This my 2nd time there, 1st time was very long ago with Daddy and his friend (also friend belanja us).

After 3 of us getting sick over the week, I cancelled my weekend activity and we had a slow weekend instead.

22nd Feb

On Friday night, my colleague invited a few of us to his spanking new house. We had BBQ at his place. It was really convenient cause we didn’t have to start the fire LOL. His BBQ Pit is those that use gas one hahaha…..I brought the kids along as usual. In fact another colleague of mine brought her two boys. And my colleague that invited us has 2 girls. So it was like a big children party. We were busy eating & chit chatting downstairs, the kids were watching TV upstairs and playing toys.

We also manage to hoi-toi, though it’s after CNY. I played mahjong with 2 other colleagues and proud to announce that I won both their money hahaha…..

We went home way pass the kids bedtime. Vyktore was already asleep in my colleague’s house, whereas Faythe knock off once she got into the car.

23rd Feb

We didn’t do much on Saturday. Except that I suddenly realise CNY was over and we have yet to open up the angpau and count the money!! So I took out all the angpau packets and Faythe helped me to open up all the angpaus. Looks like I have to go bank on Monday to bank in the money.

This is her 1st time opening ang pau. Previous years, I did it for her. She was actually quite happy tearing the ang pau apart. I re-check to ensure that she didn’t left any notes in those empty ang pau packets :).

Then we had our afternoon nap as usual. Those are really quality time, since all of us nap together LOL.

I brought them to another park behind our house late evening to burn some of their energy :P. Faythe wanted to bring her bicycle along and her imaginary puppy soft toy. But when we arrive at the park, the bicycle was abandoned and the soft toy was left sitting on the bicycle LOL.

Vyktore ran around chasing people’s dog :|. Faythe had many rounds of swing & slide. Vyktore also had his rounds of swing & slide. We were there for more than an hour, before we head off for dinner at a shop nearby and call it a day.

That’s bout it for the weekend. On Sunday we went church, then came back watch 1 DVD and went to nap again all 3 of us.

This is really really really backdated…I forgot to post this up…kill me!!

Back in Nov, we had a very very small bloggers meet. Yah very small, only 4 of us and 1 kid (most of us didn’t bring our lil one along). It was meeting of the North South East West Mommy haha…yeah they all came from different places in Malaysia.

We had Japanese food in Mid Valley (don’t know what name sorry). We had a great time catching up. Talking from north to south, west to east, just about anything.

No pics of them, but just the food haha…..

If you can’t afford a holiday home, well don’t fret bout it. Not everyone can afford one either :). What is the cheaper and more fun way? Getting a Branson cabins. Yeah a cabin!! That’ll be quite cool as well. Imagine you have a truck or something, and just attach the cabin, then you can go travelling at the same time stay in the comfort of your own cabin. No need to rent hotel. I think it’ll be quite fun. I wish we have cabins here for sale in KL.

Before you start taking diet pills, you must be careful. Not all the pills out there are approved and proven works for everyone. There were also cases where after taking the pills, that person actually had organ malfunction. There are so many in the markets and all sort of research has been done. Some has approval from FDA, some don’t. And even those approved by FDA, they are not guaranteed 100% safe. Some of you might have heard of Alli, some diet product similar to the works of Xenical. I’ve not heard bout it, but when I saw the bad comments on that, I think FDA has made the wrong decision for approving this product to be sold in the market. Alot of people’s life is at stake. Sigh…

Mr. Hon loves wine. In fact we have quite a few collection of wine at home. The white ones are all taking up space in the fridge, the red ones are under the basin. We’ve finished up most of the white, cause he’s not really into white wine. But the red ones we still have tonnes of it. He always wanted to join wine clubs, but not that he has gout this whole wine thing is like abandon. Maybe I should lelong his wine out hahaha…
