I’m taking a blog break. Not sure for how long, at least until I get some things sorted out.

We’ve been using Cisco for quite some time as when it comes to reliability, it’s surely No. 1. Cisco networking products are well known in the market. But too bad, it doesn’t offer products for home users. They are more commercialised for office/heavy duty usage. So what should we do with used cisco products? Hmm…I was thinking if they could sell it to home users for a lower price, I’m sure it’s gonna be a hit among us. Who doesn’t want to own a pic firewall…or even a cisco router. So cool rite :).

I’ve not been frequenting to any warehouse sale or even sales/promotion for quite sometime. Reason is that it’s not convenient to bring 2 kids along and dig for promotional products during sales. I think it’s mad house, moreover there are so many people :|. I’m just worried they might get lost or something. But last Sunday, I took the risk to bring my kids along to swimming apparel warehouse sale. Well, it wasn’t as crowded when we first arrived. I actually asked Evelyn to join us there. So I quickly grab a few pieces and let the kids try on, then I took 1 and tried too…it was like a quick dive and we were done haha…

Human take supplements, that’s common. But for pets!! That’s first time I hear bout supplements for pets. Well, I guess sometimes pets don’t eat healthy food. Hence there is a need to give them supplements to ensure they are in tip top condition. I wonder if my friend’s dog takes any supplement. I must go and ask him bout it. If he does, probably he can tell us more about pet supplements and how it actually works on the animals.

When we first invested on the Rainbow Vacuum Cleaner, we were very impressed by the water system that it runs on. It cleanses the air, it vacuums the dust. The demo that the salesman showed to us was really good. On the spot he vacuum the bed, the water turn out murky brown. Gosh…that is totally wacky. I can’t imagine I’ve been sleeping on so many layers of dust :|. So was it a good buy, yes for sure. But of late, there are even better cleaning system, steam cleaners. This is a new product which works like a vacuum cleaner, but it’s steam base. It’s proven to be effective to clean up mites, dust, etc.

The other day when I was in Vietnam, Daddy hinted to me again. He wants a new watch :|. Gosh…now I wander how many hands he has got. He already have so many watches and yet he’s hinting that he needs 1. And this time, it’s not any cheap watches. He wants a Rolex :|. I told him, Rolex is more suitable for the older generation, he shouldn’t be wearing that, unless he’s already approaching 50 years old :P. I’m trying to psycho him not to get anymore watches..as it’s really a waste of money. So I better not show him how good this Rolex Submariner is, if not he’s gonna ask for it.

I have been away since last Thursday. Yep…I went for a 1 week excursion with my prince at HCMC (Hoh Chih Minh City)/Saigon. I’ll blog bout the trip later. I’m still recuperating from motion sickness of the flight…and I’ve got tonnes of things to clean up, my room, the new PC to install, sort out the loots from HCMC (I went grocery shopping there :|), and I have so many things I haven’t post up including our trip to PD earlier this month :|…*pengsan-ed*

I managed to clear all my blog reading….pheww…hopefully I can do some cleaning up tonight.

Here’s a view of beautiful Saigon…from the roof top of Mr. Hon’s apartment. I’m so glad I went there and finally get to see the place he’s living, what he’s going thru…he lives like a KING there!!

I know that you’ve grown up, when you no longer need me to put you to sleep…

I know that you’ve grown up, when you no longer wake up crying, looking for me…

I know that you’ve grown up, when you open the door & sneak out early in the morning…

I know you’ve grown up, whenever you sit there patiently waiting for me to take my shower every morning…

I know you’ve grown up, when you wake me up and tell me “Mama, it’s morning already, come wake up”…

That is how much my lil princess has grown up for the pass 3 years….sometimes I miss those days when you wake me up early morning with your cries. I do miss those time when you roll on the bed next to me. I miss those time when you nudge me on the bed.

Our children grow up very fast before our eyes. At one time, you miss *those days*, but at the same time, you wish they’d grow up faster. But nevertheless, they will always remain our baby.

When I 1st gave birth to Vyktore, my 1st nightmare was after confinement month, where I have to put both my children to sleep. As both of them is just 1.5 yrs apart, they still sleep with us, with a different timetable all together.

Faythe: naps twice a day, 11am & 3pm
Vyktore: naps after every feed
Me: naps anytime…I’m like so sleepy all the time due to BF at night and Vyktore is an early bird. He wakes very early to do his big biz…sigh…

I tried very hard to put both of them to sleep together, but it was tough. My plan was:

1. put Vyktore to sleep first
2. then comes Faythe

My problem with this plan is Vyktore is a light sleeper, so each time Faythe is in the room talking…he wakes up…sigh..very frust :(.

I’d love to put Faythe outside and sleep later when Vyktore is already in deep sleep, but she wants to come in. So I can’t leave her out.

Vyktore also doesn’t sleep by himself, unlike Faythe whom sleeps by herself from 2 months up to 1+.

So I have no choice but stick to this plan and continually put them to sleep in this sequence, at the same time trying to tell Faythe to lower her voice in the room.

When they grew older, the sleeping time got tougher. Faythe wants her bedtime story….Vyktore on the other hand, is all so busy rolling about and he kicks a lot of fuss right before he sleeps. That’s how the bedtime gets extended further.

Now, bedtime is even longer than before :|….cause both wants to read, at least 2 books…then Faythe likes story after the 2 books, whilst Vyktore will be rolling around in the dark. But even before I finish telling the story, I’m just yawning away and try to finish my story fast. Sometimes, it takes up to 2 hours to put them to sleep. By then it’s already late, no more energy. But sometimes I manage to get up later and watch both of them…piling up sleeping on each other. That king size bed is just not enough!!

But nap time is very easy now that both of them only naps once a day. So weekend, we have a sleeping afternoon usually. After our lunch, all 3 of us go upstairs and have quality nap time for at least 2 hours.

plastic fruits & veg in my fridge….

I thought…who’s that putting toys in the fridge :|…..

then I asked my maid, and she said she’s not sure….

so one night, Faythe was all set..with a basket of her toys…she even wore my kitchen gloves :|.

Mommy: Faythe, what are you doing?
Faythe: I have to make my food cold cold….it’s hot, cannot eat.
Mommy: Ohh…

then she moved on and open the fridge, and dump her basket of toys into the lower compartment :|.

ahhh….so now I know who’s the culprit.

I seriously can’t imagine she can think of putting her toys in the fridge, and few minutes later, she open up the fridge, took the toys out…

Faythe: Mama, now can eat already, it’s cold. No more hot

I was speechless and laugh at her remarks hahaha……like that also she can imagine
