I’m still on a blog break. I’m so piled up with office work (I’m still working at 2am!!) and all the house matters which I have to sort out (change in maid, Vyktore sick, etc). I seriously don’t know what to write. And I’ve already miss 2 months monthly updates of both the kids :(. Sigh…July is a bad month, and August..I don’t even dare to think about it.

Actually I just got back from a short trip with our department’s Photography Club. We went to Cameron Highlands over the weekend. All 55 of us. More details of the trip later. I’m still processing my photos, that is also taking a lot of time. But I don’t feel like leaving my blog empty with all the paid post, so I might as well post a beautiful rose photo here for everyone to look at while I’m on a break :). I love this photo very much, taken in Cameron Highlands. the Red is very contrasting against the Green background. I’ve made it as my wallpaper!!

Many years ago when I started to support servers, I could still remember those days each server is attached to 1 monitor, 1 keyboard. If you have alot of servers, u can actually end up having multiple of those. When I first joined a MNC company, then I came to know about the use of KVM switch, which is very useful where you only have 1 monitor & Keyboard (and mouse as well!!)….All you need to do is switch it…very cool and saves a lot of space.

Lately my pens on my office desk been missing!! I’m not sure who is the culprit. I label my pens all the time. Usually I’d know who took them cause the pens I have are different from those in office. I bring my own pens to office. But looks like labelling is not an option. Now I need to look for promotional pens to see if there are any cheap and good ones I can get to replenish the missing ones.

I must have been eating too much durian lately. Seems to have a sudden acne outbreak. Serious, since I switch to my existing facial products, I rarely have acne outbreak, but with the recent change in dietary, I think it’s high time I need to invest in some new acne treatment cream. If not I have to stop eating durians for the rest of the year.

There are so many products out there which helps you to reduce weight. But there’s one called Phentermine which when you take, it helps to suppress your appetite, thus you don’t have appetite to eat any food. It’s part of the weight control program :). They are usually used on obese patients and it works together with exercise to make them forget bout the food and concentrate on loosing weight. Wanders of technology ;).

Ever since I gave birth to 2 children, my weight has gone up quite a bit. Seriously you really have to work hard to shed those extra kilos. I was very tempted to start on diet pills, but of course I didn’t. I’m not a very discipline eater and I’m sure I’d fail in any of those loose weight programs. Hence I just stick to BF my kids and it really works wonder. At least I manage to shed the bulk of it, and slowly reduce my food intake and control my weight. So far it works :).

Of late, Daddy has started to drink wine again. He has stopped for quite some time due to health reasons. But ever since he started working overseas, his health has improved (that’s what he claims) and he has started to drink wine again. We still have a lot of red/white wine in on our wine rack, I wonder when he can finish all that. Lucky thing he’s not starting to replenish them, I seriously can’t find extra space for that.

have you ever thought of buying life insurance for kids? When I first gave birth to my child, I was thinking, why do I need to buy 1? She’s only so young and we can always buy later when she needs it. But do you know that it’s good to have coverage for her, in case anything happens, she can make use of that money. Being in a MNC company, sometimes we get the opportunity to relocate to other countries when there is a need. If the offer comes, most of the time people will take it. Especially if it’s relocating from higher cost country to lower cost. That’s because you still get paid with the higher cost, but living at a lower cost country. Good deal right ;). So does anyone wants Los Angeles jobs?
