My Valentine’s Dinner…

Some backdated post hehe…

So after the cupcake bomb surprise, that whole night I couldn’t sleep LOL. I didn’t do much, after putting the kids zzz. I just sat there, msn with some of my friends. Audrey called from UK after 12am to wish my happy birthday and we chatted for a while.

I brought the cupcakes to office and gave to my colleagues. Seriously, how could I single handedly gobble 30 cupcakes. I think I’ll get diabetic by the end of it LOL. Then I went out lunch with my colleagues (they treated me with Japanese ramen in 1U).

When I got back from lunch, I received a donut from another colleague (more sweet stuff!!). Then I check my email..aiks, got parcel for me to collect. So I went down to mailroom wondering who sent me parcel.

I told the guy got parcel, so the fella was searching hi and low for parcel under my name. While he was searching, I saw many bouquet of flowers there, so I kepoh look see look see who’s was it. Then I saw 1 with my name on…huh..I told the mailroom fella, “eh, ini saya punya lah..bukan parcel, bunga LOL”. So I collected the flowers. No, it’s not from my hubby…..but from my secret admirer kakakaka…..Annie sent me a bouquet of flowers. She so cheeky never inform me LOL. Thanks Annie, this my 1st time receive flowers on Valentine’s hahaha…and the flower was just right, African Daisy!! I love African Daisy, as comparison to Roses instead.

Since Cheryl & myself were both like single for that night, we thought might as well we go makan somewhere. We wanted to avoid crowd. We wanted to avoid that set-dinner food *yucks & over priced*. So where did we go? We went Old Klang Road, to Peter’s shop, Sweet Deli Station. Hehe…and also for another reason, my birthday and Peter’s was actually 1 day apart, so I told him, I’ll bring a cake and we celebrate together.

I went there for Vyktore & maid (Faythe was staying in MIL’s place that night). We had our dinner and some desserts. We stayed there chit chat for a while before we cut the cake. I bought a very very small cake from cake sense, I think 0.5kg, but it was just nice, didn’t have much leftover.

We went home like 10+, put Vyktore to sleep and I was trying to snap some fireworks shots since that night was pai Tin Kung, but I didn’t like those shots. The fireworks no co-ordination like the ones I saw during the Fireworks Competition…after a few shots, I gave up LOL.
So that was how I celebrated my birthday + valentine’s day + chor 8 (Pai tin kung, coincidentally, my Cina birthday is also chor 8). So it was triple celebration this year LOL.
