> Ableton <

We were recently looking for some music samples to be used for client presentation. Although the music library we have from our company is abundance, we couldn’t find what we want to suit the presentation that we were preparing for. After looking up and down, we finally got hold of a copy of Ableton EDM Bundle from the best ableton.

> TV Stand <

When TV gets flatter and flatter, having a TV console is like a waste of space. Though I’m not a TV person, we do have a flatscreen at home which I really regret we did not mount it to the wall. Not only the console collects dust and invite unnecessary items to be placed on it, I find that with such a small house, we really need to maximize the usable space. This can only be done by getting a television stand with mount.

Although cash in hand is great, but how often is it that inflation is much greater than the interest itself. Hence it’s best to buy property and invest on annuity to roll your money. > Learning Guitar <

I love guys that can play guitar. It’s so romantic. Now I wish my husband can do that too. Well, he sings well, if he can also play the guitar, would have been perfect. But it’s OK. Nowadays you can buy guitar software like, cakewalk sonar which plays fantastic guitar sound without you having to painstakingly strum the guitar string.

> Pool Repair <

Our apartment’s management is extremely efficient. Every other week/month they will be performing maintenance of the pool, the water tanks and what nots. It makes you feel that every cent paid is worth the money :) . Last week I saw them using t-cell-15 to fix the swimming pool which will be open soon once the winter ends. Can’t wait to use the newly fixed pool.

> Real Estate Rising in HK <

If you are familiar with real estate market in the world, you’d probably know HK has one of the craziest Real Estate Prices. The market is so volatile that my agent once told me that the moment a unit is sold, the next unit to be sold is easily 50K HKD additional. Even though the government recently put in some cooling measures, it has never dampen the spirit of buying and selling. I guess it’s better to look at SeaCoastRealty.com for holden beach real estate for investment other than HK.

> Name Plate for Everyone <

We have recently relocated in the client office. Things are so messy and the sad thing is we can’t do any renovation at this place because it’s part of the old datacenter. That’s rather pathetic I’d say. Everyone just sits everywhere and they didn’t even prepare desk name plate for us!! I was lucky and manage to get a seat with some of the lady colleagues.

> Printing Catalogues <

Since we have moved to HK, I realise that everything where I used to have it conveniently is no longer there. Simply because we stay so far from town. And being in a foreign land means that I wouldn’t know where’s the best place to get everything at the best bargain. Take for example the kids birthday. I wanted to print some cards but it was alot of hardwork, in the end I did alot of cut and shuffle. How I wish there’s a wholesale catalog printing in Lantau to sort this out for me!!

>Jewelry

I was at Bangkok last weekend and boy, I was so happy shopping that I wish I could have more time just to look at each shop. Hubs didn’t have the patience and keep asking me to move quickly. I’m glad that I manage to grab some cheap necklaces & accessories for only THB100. If not, I might have to purchase cheap jewelry online.
