After changing, merely about 1 month…the biggest disaster happened. It fell into the toilet bowl (clean water). Blogged bout this sometime back. After the water disaster, it never did recover fully. I did a hard reset, opened up the whole phone and assemble it back, but it’s never the same. Battery sometimes will not charge.
Heartbroken once again, and I’ve been scratching head deciding what phone to get. I love new phones like the Ericsson K series, but the thought of living without a keyboard is so so dreadful. Been using this AMAZING Alcatel (spare phone) for the past 2 months while trying to decide which phone should I get. It sucks big time……no auto spelling, heats up so fast and causes pain to my ears, SMS box gets full and it doesn’t prompt you…so if you don’t know, you will not receive sms for days…stupid design lah.
Today we went to Mid Valley cause Daddy wants to survey on the Ipaq HW6515 (not sure apa model), the latest one by HP, cause this month got EPP purchase. Mommy can buy that at RM1K cheaper than outside kekeke..but still it cost a bomb, RM1800 after EPP. So we were at this shop looking and asking, suddenly I saw the Treo 270. Asked them how much is that, and they told me RMxxx (cheaper than the original price I purchase 1 year ago)…Whoaaaaaaaa…..I was so so tempted & delighted. And finally, I decide, well no harm to get it, since it’s within my budget and company sponsors 75% of that too.
Miss you Treo…muaksss muaksss…now happily charging the phone. This time shall be more careful, no more toilet sessions, no more dropping (less probably). Anyway, I’ve got plenty spare parts from the Toilet Treo kakaka…so if any disaster happens (except water disaster) I can still use the Toilet Treo parts. And best thing, I can change it myself, don’t even need to pay a visit to service center…LOL. This is what happens when you leave a handphone to an IT person which used to fix hardware. *CAN’T FLY OUT OF THE 5 FINGERS MOUNTAIN*
