There are a lot of tea ranging from green tea, black tea, flower tea, etc. Daddy’s favourite is black tea (fermented tea that comes in pieces usually). Mommy don’t fancy that, cause I find that a bit bitter. I prefer the green tea range. For black tea, usually you brew with a clay pot. Of which Mommy doesn’t like too, cause ceramic pot looks so much prettier hehehe….

To brew, you need to make sure the temperature of the water is correct. Other than that, the right amount of tea leaves in the tea pot. Too much will be bitter, too little will be tastely. The first brew is called *washing*. Whereby, you don’t drink it, but just wash the tea leaves as well as the pot and cups.
Then, pour in the hot water, and cover the lid for 2nd brew. To find out of the tea is ready or not, all you need to do is pour some hot water over the pot and let the water dry out, once it’s dried, means it ready *cool technique rite :)*.
To ensure everyone tastes the same tea, it is first poured into the fair pot, then only to each of the teacup.

Good tea leaves can make up to 10 times of brewing, without losing it’s taste. And such tea could cost you up to RM1k and above!!! Of course, Daddy’s tea leaves is not that expensive, cause the price only goes up when you keep it for years. There are other tea accessories which you need to buy too if you are a serious drinker, such as a tray, a pail, different types of pots, cups & tea leaves, pitcher, fair pot, tea leave container and a whole lot more!!!
Not forgetting, Faythe enjoying herself exploring the whole tea shop and even attempt to open the humongous tea container. Of course the dino ride is not part of the tea shop. It’s outside Milwaukee Steakhouse. Mommy, she just enjoyed snapping photos and ate 2 tea-egg.
