I am so bla**dy PiSs

You know what, you must be wondering why is this woman doing PPP at 4am? And why is she blog hopping at 4am too. No, I’ve not been doing that for a long time since I stop expressing BM for my boy. But seriously if I don’t write this down, I can’t sleep.

I came out from a 3 hour mtg yesterday and I felt so depressed and pissed. Depressed cause after so many months working on the process to finetune it, people likes to change the way u do things. And I’m so damn pissed cause that blardy ex-boss of mine tries to make us do things the red-dot (translate to chinese, then you know what red dot is associated to) way!!!

He always thinks that we can do in India, you can do it in Malaysia. Worse is, just so because they are established (their center is slightly bigger), that means we gotta follow their style. And their style is most of the time, suck up to the damn Global Americans and Europeans requestors. They want to do things to impress the big guns, they go do something that looks like so special, but it’s not. Then next they expect u to follow their way of doing cause they are the biggest center among the 6.

I ask you lah, if you have a house, where do you put your gate? Tell me:

In front – where you can ensure all that unwanted visitors will not come in and mess with you

In the middle – where you let visitors to masuk in the house, touch here there everywhere, then you start asking them, eh apa lu buat di sini…..shoo shoo…..

Which one would you prefer? My ex-boss thinks that the 2nd option is best option, cause India is doing it, so we should follow.

He doesn’t know what kinda shit we are going thru & been thru to get everyone to comply with that simple process (which is the one that I’ve proposed and he banned). His opinion is the blardy, T-A-L-E-O System is so fool proof that it can work as the gate instead.

I’m still unrest over this though I dare not shoot during the mgmt mtg as the Site Manager was around as well. But I tell you, I am still fuming about this that I’m gonna dig out all that T-A-L-E-O System shit and throw it to him. Then he go tell me use it, I’ll ask him go fly layang layang.

And I want to tell my own boss this: I have been around with the center for 4 yrs, doing the bloody hiring for 3 yrs. If you come tell me I don’t know the center well enough what shit we’ve gone thru with hiring, I can sit down and tell that to you. So when I draft a process I know what is best and what went wrong (which I don’t want to happen again). And since all those blardy HM’s are just part of the process, you just adhere to what I have and don’t try to change it thinking that you are so great. If you don’t want to follow, then move to India…damn it!!
