Lately, a very close friend of mine announced that she’s getting married year end. That’s a long wait. She’s been with the hubby to be like for at least 6 yrs!! So finally they are getting hitched. And all of us are so excited.
So I went to dig out some of my checklist and stuff to pass to her. And of course I went to look at my wedding pics as well haha…and guess what I found? Photos of the games we played on our wedding day. We took tonnes of photos that day. We had 3 photographers (keng huh). I did 3 scrap about the games, this is only the 1st installment of games :P…here’s what we did to the groom and the brotherhood.
1st Game – Say I Love You

This is pretty easy, all he need to do is go to the window/door nearest to the bride’s room and shout Jasmine, I love you. We were staying in apartment, 1st storey. So it was pretty easy task. And Daddy has got very loud voice, but we pretend didn’t hear at first, till later we tell him he passed.
2nd Game – Wear that l****erie

This is by far the best game. Knowing that the brotherhood is very very sporting. We max out our games hehehe…..We gave them a nice pink colour b*a, ask one of the brother to wear it. After some battle, we have the best-man donning the pink b*a, without his shirt, just the b*a and his pants.
Then the trick was to ask him walk to guardhouse (pretty far) and get something there. But he can wear his coat over the b*a when he goes there. He went there, took a bear and shook hand with the guard. The photographer was our witness. Mission accomplish 🙂
3rd Game – Writing in Chinese Character

I thought this was going to be a Fail for Daddy since he doesn’t know mandarin. And all his buddy (I thought) was orang-pisang. So we made them to write my name in Chinese. Little did we know that one of the brotherhood is Chinese ed (aiyooo)…and Daddy was smart to know which word to tell him, though he don’t know how the writing looks like.
That’s the end of round 1, games outside the house..they thought they were through, but not yet :P…we’ve got more entertainment lined up hehe…

ur game so keng lei especially ask to wear pink bra …. sure the guy face turn red .. hahaha. … as for me, very simple only, all the chi mui and me give a kiss to the paper & ask my hb to recognize my lips on that paper. As my hb also org pisang, so ask him to sing a mandarin song to me 🙂
nice to recall the memory on wedding day….. it just feel like yesterday….. I like the wear bra part… haha…. so “thoughtful” idea… kekeke….

Your wedding is one to remember because all the brothers were like men in black …. n they r so sporting (we took advantage of them *LOL*) but Hon is the man of hte day… he did all the task without complain …. Way to go Hon …

Wah – this bring back ole memories. For me, we had 2 of the guys eat 1 hanging apple at the same time, without using their hands to touch. Photo looks like the both of them are smooching !!

On mine, all the heng tais wore shirts, tie, coat and FOOTBALL SHORTS!..you know, those shiny thin ones! It was hilarious. We made them wear lipstick and they had to kiss each other (where, optional!)

Wow, the hen tai so sporting ya. hehehe wearing bras. Give me idea of what to play during one of my friend’s wedding in Sep hehehe. My wedding didn’t play much game cos’ my dad “xin tong” his future son-in-law. Tell us not to!
makan big pau and sing a song. and then makan kuih and dance and drink one whole cup of KOPI O KAU. they wanted to ask him to drink a cup of mixed liquid (salt,pepper,kopi,tomato sauce and all) but then i don’t want a diarrhea husband so i stopped them. Another one u can try to blind fold the guy and ask him to choose which one is the bride’s hand. Of course this game need many ppl’s (chi muis) contribution la. Another one is to choose which one is the bride’s lipstick mark. I saw once, my frens they asked the groom to roll down chicken eggs from the top to bottom inside the baju and asked them to eat it. Yuck!
yerrr..ask ppl to wear bra..nice meh? hahahhaha…last time me so stupid didnt think of tough games for the guys…cheh…

haha, this is the most funny part of a wedding..can play the groom. Mine was eat banana outside the grill door, then outside the room door, drink chili sauce, eat bittergourd, lemon and etc…then sing song “xiao wei” requested by those kids inside the room, give ang pau and door open….the heng dai very co-operative to do all.
My hubs had to drink a concoction of yucky drink comprising soya sauce, thick black sauce, sugar, coke, chilli sauce and all sorts of condiments. His ‘heng tais’ down it for him. Also got to say ‘I love you’ in 10 languages. Got to kneel down b4 me and promise me 10 things b4 he can unveil me & kiss me, haha…
wah. sounds like fun. hehe
My hub had to drink few cans of beer but he was so smart to take a sip and passed it on to his “brothers”, then he had to guess the sweet, bitter, sour, spicy game and he had to sing his signature song, I’m too sexy right outside my door. LOL! But I think by far the best game we’ve ever played (my hubs revenge for what he had to go thru) was at my cousin’s wedding. We made the groom drink a concoction of milo, chili paste, ketchup and god knows what else, in a milk bottle. We also made all his “brothers” stripped (top off) and do belly dancing!
haha, funny eh. bring bck great memories. my hub n his “bros” got to eat smelly toufu which was put in the refrigerator overnite n then got to drink milk + lotss of majerin mixed together. it was sooo yucky. 😛
Your Chip San Leong looked very fun. We didn’t have any games at all. He just went in to my room himself. Hehehe..
i was so lenient with my hubby, no games, scared he run away!!
