Double 3 Months

Faythe turns 33 months today. I can’t believe the pass month just fly by. And I can hardly remember what is her latest development..sigh…I seriously thinks that she’s getting a bit too fast for me to catch up with her monthly development. And sometimes I don’t even realise that was it this month or next month?

Weight: 12.5kg (Just weigh her yesterday when I went to see doc)
Height: Still same, about 90cm?
Teeth: No new ones sighted, so far it’s like 14-16

Loves

1. Macaroni – she can finish 2-3 bowls when we cook macaroni with soup
2. Sugarless Mint – she adores this sort of sweet. She brand them hot hot sweet
3. Oats with honey, raisins, marmite (for taste)

Hates

1. Rice – she’s OK to eat, but given the option, she will never name this as her 1st choice
2. Water – she doesn’t drink much water, we have to practically force her to drink and watch her, she prefers juice or milo most of the time, probably due to the taste

Development:

Manipulative

– she knows that some people in the family gives in to her and some don’t. She takes advantage of this very well. MIL told me that she’s being manipulated by her when she doesn’t gets the thing she wants, cause most of the time MIL gives in.

Endless Questions

– her questions are becoming more hard to answer. She’d ask me questions one after another until I don’t know how to answer. She’d ask things like:

• Jesus come from where?
• Jesus stay where?
• Who stay in heaven?
• Heaven is what?

– Many times I really speechless, what I do is I ask her the same question back LOL..and I get some funny answer, her own intepretation

Headmistress

– she’s the HM at home. she likes to order people to take things for her. I think she learned this from us whom usually ask maid to do things. But we putting a stop to this, let her do it herself. Sometimes she’d refuse and make a fuss, but I’m not bothered.

Loves Singing

– she can now sing quite a number of Nursery Rhymes. She’d sing them day in day out, when Vyktore cries (to soothe Vyktore), when she relates something to real life.

– despite that, her lyrics sometimes are not in full, skipping words here n there.

Smarter

– she’s getting smarter nowadays. I realise that if she’s not able to do something, she’d use other things to assist her in doing it. Nobody thought her, probably she picked it along some cartoons or what.

• e.g. she can’t open the middle fridge door (we have 3 door fridge), last time she’d ask us to open for her. But now she will push the chair there and open, take things from there.

Remembers movie lines

– this is what I find amazing. She can remember lines from the movies/cartoon that she watches. This definitely takes from Daddy, cause Daddy is a pro in that. Lines she remember:

• Mulan – Crickee, what you doing here – spoken by Dragon Mushu
• Carz – psstt psttt…-that’s how the car call another car *and she call me psst psst also – shakes head*
• Star Wars – I am your father by Darth Vader

She’s just short of 3 months turning 3 years old. Whoa…..I never imagine time passes so fast!! Daddy that day asked me, so 3 years old no more terrible 2..haha you bet…I told him, it’s gonna be worse than terrible 2 LOL.
