Vyktore turned 17 months

backdated post.

OK, I’ve been slacking for the pass week. Sleep every night together with kids. Didn’t do much paid post. Even Vyktore’s monthly updates I missed it over the weekend. Busy month ahead sigh…Anway, Vyktore turned 17 months on Saturday. Whoa, I can’t believe my lil prince gonna be 1.5 years old next month!!

Vital Stats:
Weight: 10.1kg
Height: never measure
Teeth: 14

Dietary:
Milk: 7oz x 3-4 times/day
Solids: 1-2 times a day consisting of rice, oats, cereal
Snacks: Grapes (his favourite), other fruits, biscuits, yoghurt and just about anything…

Development – again Mommy pretty lousy this month…only manage to track a few notable ones

• dancing – he learned dancing this month. When we ask him to dance, he’d do the twist, shake the bum bum and hands and grin at the same time.
• up the stairs – he’s learning to climb the stairs with supervision. I’ll allow him to practice at home at night when we go upstairs to bed. When he’s alone, he likes to practice by climbing 3-4 steps, then slowly slide himself down.
• PC freak – he loves my PC & keyboard!! Whenever he seize the opportunity, he will climb on my chair and play with the keyboard
• Loves driving – whenever we get off the car at home, he will instantly want to climb into the driver seat and take charge…and sometimes he refuse to get down. Boys and cars!!
• Loves robot – he loves watching transformer!! But at the same time he’s afraid of it. He clings on to me tightly while watching it.
• He ain’t picky eater, but at times, he chooses milk over solids. But I’m totally fine with that.
• He loves nursery rhymes – he can do alot actions when we sing nursery rhymes, like pretend to fall down, pretend brush teeth, spider climbing, wheels on the bus, etc.
• He wants music – whenever he goes into my car, 1st thing…..he wants me to on the Kids CD for him!! He will go on and on (hmm..hmmm…hmm) and point at the player till i switch it over…arghh….
• He’s jealous – if he sees ME carrying another baby, he shows his jealousy instantly.
• He loves Nemo too – yup, influenced by Faythe, he too loves Nemo. When we go to bed, he’d drag the Nemo Pillow and soft toy to us and then lie there hugging it.
