Daddy’s Girl….

Daddy Faythe Scrapbooking
(credits & details here)

I think father always prefer girl over boy. Don’t you mommies out there agree with me? I mean those who has girl will notice that. If you don’t have then probably you don’t notice. Or is it Daddy always favours the eldest? I know my Dad does…he spoils my brother like anything. But I know my dad prefers boy over girl (he’s the weird one LOL).

Why I say Daddy prefers girl is:

  • She’s the one that very good in sweet talking Daddy…
  • She’s the one Daddy would bring to Cinema…
  • She’s the one that con Daddy to buy things after watching movie…..
  • She’s the one that made Daddy FFK me to watch Golden Compass…..
  • She’s the one that watched Golden Compass twice (one time with me)…

Grrr…lucky she’s my daugther, if not I’m sure I’ll be so jealous. I receive this sms from my hubby, “I’m going to watch movie with leng lui…..golden compass”. And I was already fuming…..then he wrote…a 3yo leng lui…”

And after the movie, he wrote to me “I got conned”…hahaha.I can’t help but laugh. Faythe made him to buy her a golden compass after the movie.

He never brings Vyktore out alone…maybe he’s still young. But Faythe is really the lucky one. Since 18 months he brings him out alone on many occasions. She’s been watching alot movies with Daddy on his off day. He even went to Genting with her (and MIL & maid) last time when I was working (I didn’t like Genting as well haha). See…I keep telling him he favours Faythe, but he say no…so do you think I favour Vyktore more?

  1. i think it’s the matter of age lah……..plus being a first born. That’s why there’s something called the second child syndrome 🙂

  2. i totally agree with you cos i am also my daddy’s girl.. until now, he still shouts out loud to me “Ah-Girl” when we go out for dinner or shopping *slap forehead*… and he always buys things for me to eat; even now i have moved out of the house for close to 8 years!!!!!!

  3. I really need to raise my both hands when you asked these questions.
Although now I’m like 28 years old, my dad always call me “anak manja” and always hug me by telling me that although I’m big girl now, but in his heart, I am as small as his jari kelingking…by showing his finger to me…*slap forehead* …hahahaha….

  4. i think its because she is ur first born, and old enuff to go watch movie where ur boy is too youngand not so convenient lor..

  5. hmm… i don’t have no.2 yet… so it’s hard to do comparison… but my girl also a daddy’s girl coz DH keeps on telling me the little one always makes his heart melt even just a smile! I think mummy’s love to Faythe and Vyktore is equally same… 🙂

  6. Yes, my Yee Ching also a daddy’s girl. My hubby loves her soooooooo much, maybe she is his only child. I have been demoted since her birth.

  7. I think he loves both of them equally la. It’s just…men prefer to deal with kids that can understand better, hence the older one. But still there is some truth to the saying “Daddy’s Little Girl”, don’t you think so?

  8. I have twin boys elder than their 2 younger sisters. As they grow, i notice their daddy tend to manja thhe girls more. The girls seem to be able to melt thier daddy’s heart more than anything else until sometimes mummy oso jealous of the attention the daddy give the girls. . the way he stroke their hair so so gently.
