Have you ever wander how u manage your wardrobe? Do you name your clothes? Seriously, I don’t. But of course I can remember what I have in my wardrobe, 80% of the time.
But Faythe has the capability of naming 80% of her clothes. I seriously can’t remember when this all started. But it gets more and more complicated as time goes by.
Every night when we change her into pyjamas, this is what happens:
Mommy: Faythe what baju you want to wear tonight? (I let her have freedom to choose her PJs. During the day, we will have our negotiation on what to wear for day wear)
Faythe: Hmm….I want Bee Bee Baju.
So what I have to do is basically take the Bee Bee Baju out for her to wear.
On another night, she’d go:
Mommy, I want wear Rabbit Baju tonight. (The one she’s wearing in this pic). So I have to help her take out the Rabbit one.
And here’s the list of clothes that I can remember, which she has given names:
- Witch baju – purple pajamas with witch prints
- I love grandma baju – white pajamas with wordings I Love Grandma
- Sit motor baju – her green n white top & shorts with a girl sitting motor print on it
- Bee Bee Baju – pink pajamas with bee prints on it
- Golden Compass Baju – orange dress with some buttons (I told her it’s golden compass cause she has to be in charged of the buttons and give it to the bear when he comes. I made up some story when I bought the dress for her so that she would wear it)
- CJ Baju – Light green pajamas with a dog print on it, green colour dog is like CJ 7
- Tung Ku Pants – Red pants with mushroom prints
- X Marks – actually it’s not X, it’s a + sign on the shirt, flag of England
- Tuk Shu (Study) Baju – a long sleeve top with some prints, but don’t know why she say that’s for school
Oh, not forgetting she names her shoes too LOL….
- firework shoes – ones with embroidery on top
- nightmare shoes – her crocs with some nightmare before christmas jibbits
Phoa…I don’t know how much she can store in her brain with all these names. But I’m seriously having a tough time to keep up with her. I think next time she’s going to have a long list for BF names LOL
This is so like her, to give names for her clothing. I still remember her toy dog having a name too…. and one that keeps changing and dem long samo…
hehe i cannot remember my baju last time but now i dun have much choice. Its the big big baju and the big big pants 🙁
Faythe is vy creative yeah. My girl don’t name them, she’ll describe the baju she wants to wear (color, cartoon character, who bought it).
funny lah, fathye. And also imaginative too.
haha…she really can name everything with fine name, very imaginative !

I guess we all give names to our clothes unconsciously too….but we just don’t say it out! Cute names she has got there!
This is how I sorted out OUR clothes. Newly washed clothes is placed at the most bottom of the stack of bajus. No one get to choose what to wear. You just need to pick up the first baju you see. It is like a routine. Everyone is so used to that. It all goes the same for undergarments, house clothes, PJ’s and even kai-kai clothes (that is hang in the wardrobe).

meaning u also have to remember all her baju name lor? hahaha….thats tedious for u and maid ler!
Darrius will choose his cloth diapers to wear too… but really with other cloths… maybe girls likes the clothing thingy more than boys?
Sher is also like that. She has her favorites too and always wants to wear the same outfit, to the point I have to hide the baju so that she will wear other baju!
My case..

I want princess dress…
I want princess panties..
I want princess top..
Every thing princess, and she’ll describe the design.
