I seriously can’t imagine I travelled again, after I came back from Vietnam in end Dec/early Jan. While I was busy arranging my schedule with my China counterpart, I thought I’d give it a delay since the things weren’t ready when my counterpart informed me that he’s flying off on Monday (25 Jan) and tell me, “see you there”.
So there I was packing my bag, and I’m back to Jakarta for my 2nd time in a short time span of 2 months period. Jakarta was not too bad since I spent 4D4N there and we manage to get the things sorted out pretty fast.
Then I came home over the weekend, for a short 1 day break to reload my luggage and flew again to Hanoi, Vietnam. And I still hate the traffic there O.o…Weather was not cold as well. Just around 20-24 degrees. I wonder why, cause each time before I go to Hanoi, I check the weather report, it tells me that it’s cold, like 15 degrees, but everytime when I’m there, the weather switches to non cold…arghh…
The compliment was the hotel. Simply superb. I’ve yet to download my photos (which I didn’t take any photo in Vietnam, apart from the hotel O.o), so photos come later.
Anyway, my Hanoi trip was pretty short, 3D3N, and I took an early flight 630am on Thursday to come home. Can’t imagine it’s super hot back home. I’ve got tonnes of work not complete (spring cleaning), Credit Card Payment overdue, my AMEX charges soaring high and a stack of claims I need to submit, which by the way has already passed the deadline.
I decided to take a day off on Friday (my replacement leave cause I was working during Public Holiday!!), not to sort out my www.goodsamfinancecenter.com, but to take a break and forget about work. After all, it’s 1 week away from CNY, things are slowing down a bit. Spent the day taking care of my 2 kids, cook for them, brought them to Secret Recipe for lunch after I pick them up from school, nap together with them…whoa, never had I felt so satisfied in my life. I also went to 1 Chinese School as part of my school hunting project.
Well, I don’t think I’ll be blogging before the CNY with so much things pending for me to complete. So in case I don’t, wishing all my readers, “Gong Xi Fatt Chai“.
Here’s a photo of my 2 kiddos in 1U. We went for a photosession earlier, that’s why they were all dressed up in CNY clothes (last year’s clothes, this year haven’t even buy *roll eyes*)
