His Favourite Fruit

Vyktore loves to eat food that is hard and needs chewing. He loves fried food (OMG, he’s like me!!). He loves Murukku (OMG, that’s so like me!!). He loves anything that’s not chocolatey (Now that is so like me TOO!!). But unfortunately, he doesn’t eat everything like I do LOL.

He’s quite picky when it comes to fruits. He only eats apples (hard fruit), pears (another hard fruit), bananas occasionally. But his all time favourite, are the grapes.

Grapes are known to be rich in antioxidant. At the same time, they spray alot of pesticide/insecticide on it, until the skin is whitish. So each time when I buy grapes, I will need to wash them with toothpaste to make sure all those pesticide comes off. That’s a tip I got from internet, and it works wonder!! And your grapes smells of toothpaste as well haha.

He will usually help himself. He takes a bowl, scoop some grapes and fill the bowl 3/4. Then he will sit down and enjoy his grapes. Sometimes he goes for 2nd helping, sometimes no.

During his younger days, he can even put the whole grape into his month, and after a few minutes, he will spit out the seed and the skin. Whoa, I wonder how he did it hahaha.

But now I usually buy the seedless ones, so he just eat them whole.

I will also pack some for him to bring to school whenever he make such request.

Faythe on the other hand doesn’t like grapes. She prefers watermelon. So I have to buy different fruit for different child. Good thing I only have 2, not 4 kids with 4 different request :P.
