Last week, I was working from home for 2 days, so Faythe didn’t go to MIL’s house. She’s very very clingy lately, probably due to my pregnancy (she senses competition :P). So when I’m at home, I usually hide in my study, until the time she needs to nap. She can only nap with me or MIL putting her to sleep *shake head*…She woke up at 3pm+ on one of the days, and since I wasn’t having any conference call, I just let her roam around upstairs while I do my work. After a while, she wants to sit on my lap and disturb me, as usual. So instead of letting her to do so, I gave her a few pieces of paper and a pencil to scribble.And I was very very amazed at what she did. Err..of course she didn’t draw out a mona lisa, else I would have fainted :P. She was actually switching the pencil from left to right, right to left. Made me stop and think for a while, hmmm…..is she gonna be left or right handed.
I’m pretty worried bout this left or right handed, as both myself and Daddy are left handed. I can’t imagine if she’s right handed, how am I going to teach her to write.My left hand, holds her right hand?? Gosh…then blocking the view, how to write nehh…..I imagine that I will be sitting face to face instead, so that my left hand can hold her right hand and I’ll see all the things as *terbalik*, and she’ll see it as normal and teach her to write. Geezzz…like that means my eyes gonna go cuckoo very fast hahaha…But if it’s Chinese writing, I think I will fail on these definitely!!! (not that I know chinese writing, but how to write chinese writting terbalik :p)Anyway, I stop imagining the possibilities, as she’s still so young, let her choose whichever hand she wants to write and we shall see how. *though I’ll be happier if she writes with left*…hehehehe…..So here are some photos taken while she worked on her masterpiece. She actually spend some time I would say 15mins or so drawing, then she got bored and went up the sofa and sat on the table to write!! I think she’s pretending like Mommy, cause Mommy writes on the table.
