I must say that I have sort of lost track on how much milk Vyktore drinks. Simply because I BF him for the 1st year. I don’t make milk for him when we need to feed him formula. I let the maid does the job. Why? Well, cause I wanna train him to drink from bottle and me. Must be flexible. That’s my KID!! And I don’t give him milk via bottle cause I’m afraid he’ll reject when he sees me, he wants the McB.
So by 1yo, I actually couldn’t keep track if he’s 6oz or 7oz. Until I found out from my maid, he’s taking 7oz now!!! If 6oz, it can’t last that long. Whoa…..I think this the 1st time I have 7oz milk for my kids. Faythe highest was only 6oz, then now it’s 4oz.
But of course since now I’ve already stop BF him, I make milk for him when he needs to drink. He’s very impatient. Can’t even let us put him down to make milk :|. And he gets very excited when he sees his milk is ready. The best part is when we say susu is ready, go lie down…he will walk to the living room, bring the light mattress down, lie down on it…get ready to drink…ahaha we love that sight, though he’s lying on wrong direction LOL.
I love watching him drink. Gulping down every drop of the milk. And he holds it so tightly, as though afraid I’ll take the milk bottle away from him. Well, this is before he knows how to walk. Now that he can todd around, he’s no longer that concentrated in finishing the milk. Instead towards the final 1-2oz, he’ll try to play and bite the bottle tit.

hehe so cute lah the part about him pulling down the mattress. wished bryan held his own bottle!!! AARRRRGGHH!!! bryan takes 8ozs & drinks it all non-stop *gulp*
LOL….the last part is exactly like Ryan. Butt cannot stay still.. must walk around towards end of it… like parading with the bottle. 😛

ayo my Kylie also doesn’t like milk too much now only drinks 6oz 3 times a day. Kieran on the other hand by this age drank 8oz x 3 times a day! Boys ma!

You should give him 8oz, after all he needs it to build stronger bones and brain power. Emily was on 8oz after 1 till now.
CE’s now taking 7.5 to 8.5 oz. Yes, it’s really cute when they go lie down by themself, waiting for the bottle. The cutest part is when they lie face down instead of face up! hahaha
