Back in Action

My broadband at home is finally back in action after it went down for 5 days!!! And I really curse the ISP for taking so long and FFK me yesterday. I’m am so so P*ss…I called them and scolded the supervisor (2 of them) and ended up they have to call me every hour to ask me if their vendor call me.

I even went to the extend telling her that if this is not fixed, I’m gonna call Ananda Krishnan (like I have his number LOL). I don’t wanna go to the extend of the details of the calls I made and all the words I’ve use, (no, non of it is brutal…but I’m challenging them with words like SLA, Customer Experience etc..based on my experience in the service line) which made them dumb-founded cause they never expect me to ask about the SLA.

Now I’m gonna call them and ask them to waive for 1 month as per the bad experience…lets see if they’d give that to me.

Now I have alot of Blog reading to catch up…..might not be able to leave comments 🙁

  1. wa, wanna call ananda ah? hehe, good to threat them sometimes, you know ah it took 1 whole week for the telekom ppl to come fix my tel line last time la.. so, your wait for 5 days is still ok la i guess… hehe.

  3. Welcome back oh… long time no see u online at nite :p He he, they must be dumbfound ler, where got customer use SLA to questions & also CSS… only people like us in IT services with customer base only like tat *LOL*

    Good to marah them in soft way…
