Ahh…my lil boy is in love. But not on a girl. But the stairs!!! Yes!! he loves the stairs. Whenever he spots nobody around, he’d take a sneak and start climbing. Sometimes, he’ll stop half way, hanging by the side of the staircase railing. Trying to go down, but dare not. Then when you call him, he’d give you that million dollar smile. But still refuse to budge.
He also love the stairs at our top floor. that one is a very long and dark one since the top floor is for guestroom. He will slowly climb up without us watching, when I caught him, he’s already middle of the way….gosh..I think I need to get a gate soon. I never had this problem with Faythe. No….she won’t dare to climb. I guess boys are boys!!
Now when I told him not to, he won’t climb as well, he finally understands what is NO.
better put those chold safety gate so that you dont have to painstakingly look after him 🙂

Whose kids don’t like to explore the stairs neh? When u ask them not to climb, they’ll purposely climb up and down and we’ll be scared stiff for fear they’ll fall or trip. Mine is one of them when she goes to her ‘kuku’s’ (my SIL) place. She did ask me why there are no stairs for her to climb in our apartment *duh*.
should get a gate soon la …. i guess kids like stair . There feel fun to climb and see what is upstairs …
i do have those safety gate, but so many ppl in the house walk in walk out they tend to forgot or lazy to close it. My sons will be so happy when they saw the gate open, sometime they will just walk upstair look for my PIL! *sigh* Fearles will hold the staircase rail but Cruz, he like so expert he just walk w/o holding!! Scary man!

u just can’t help it. kids just LOVE the stairs. it’s a way for them to explore. good idea to get a safety gate when u are not watching.

yea agree …. babygates are rather useful. I also get this phobia of kids falling off the stairs .. 🙂
ONe thing about stairs is to ensure that they dont put their head through the railing gaps… else it may bit hard to take them out.. hehehee

Even tho he’s quite an expert, it’s still vy dangerous if no one’s looking. Maybe V is trying to set a record… c if he can reach the top b4 someone noticed he’s gone missing. 😀

my little brother also, whenever he sees the stairs gate left open, he will rush to climb the stairs when we are not looking! and he wants to climb like an adult, only using one foot for each step, so fast!
