Yesterday, I was chatting with mom2ashley online. Most of you would have known, we are colleagues, but we are not in the same department, so to speak. So the usual chats were like scrapbooking and other stuff…then she asked me if I knew bout Air Asia’s new policy.
Ahh..what policy? Lately never go fly fly out of KL, so I didn’t know bout this new policy which spells:
“Only elderly more than 65 years old get to go up the plane first, the rest you either gotta pay, or you can run like mad dog”
Hahhh…..pay?? I heard bout the NO PRIORITY sometime ago when Sasha went for holiday and she did asked me bout it, but I forgot to ask hubby. Moreover, most of the time my CNN in AirAsia is pretty blur at all these protocol, since he’s not ground staff.
So yesterday while chit chatting on the bed, I asked him about this. And he just bluntly answered me…ya lor…..why…..
“Well, don’t you think it’s a bit crazy. To get on the plane also this bloody money-making-CEO wants to charge people. If you pay for RM20, you get to board like 5mins earlier. C’mon lahhh…..in US, I think you would have been sued to glory!!” – this Jazzmint’s asnwer.
My CNN kept quiet and smile sheepishly…then he told me this:
“kekeke…kekeke…*can’t stop laughing (DUHH)*…and you know what’s the best thing bout those *pandai* people that pays RM20 for Macau Flight? They are really paying for nothing. Cause the plane is taxi so far away, even if you are 20mins walking ahead, those Chinaman will run to glory like coming out from the jail to be faster than you to board the plane LOL…and we (he and his kawan in the cockpit) will be looking at that Chinaman and laugh”
arghh…I feel like this man is half-of-money-making CEO…..cause they just don’t care bout consumers. It’s simply by just implementing a non-free seating flight, then all these can be resolved right.
now I ponder…if I ever go on my next trip (in Sept hopefully), will I have to run like mad…or maybe my dearest CNN will give flash his VIP tag (I hope it’s VIP enough) to get to board first…shall update everyone.
So if you happen to see me running like mad dog chasing that taxi-ing plane, pardon me, I need a good seat too for flights more than 1 hour..arghh…at least my CNN can just stand around and walk in and out, but I can’t.
i’m imagining if im sitting at where he was sitting, and see those chinaman running….
i’ll probably laigh so loud then start to take out the camera to shoot movie and post on blog 😛
hehe… don’t you have priority to board the plane first? Get your CNN to flash flash the employee ID or what so ever, then no need to run lor. 🙂
no one can outrun the cheena men one la….. they are trained since young to run for food, water, for their lives hahaha
we r too pampered so grow fat n jabba-like :p
yalor.. so inconsiderate. tat day when i took airasia, saw only 2 ang moh using this priority… those pregnant ladies n with babies also gotto to queue up with the rest.. blehh.. really no good ah!!
Paying a little bit more just to board faster? What happened to equality? That’s like making the rich richer, ain’t it?
Geeez… and to think that we will be celebrating 50 years of independence. This is absurd!
agree to evelyn… funny!!
ask your CNN to snap a photo to show us .. haha
really unfair for those with newborn baby!!!!
ahhhh u see .. i tot i heard wrongly when they asked me for 20bucks just to go in earlier. cilaka itu AA.
but then again it’s a budget airline where some passengers actually fly for free one leh…(errr…I was one of them la..) so cannot complain right???
Forward this post to AA, see apa their reply. If still no reply, send again. They should do something to improve this!
Not fair!
Yeap, now our parents with children status also no more priority boarding. Now everyone is at the gate early and start to Q. If you are late, last in line. One more thing, they broadcast all the priority list passengers, everyone in the airport will hear who are the “rich” ones. *roll eyes*
So pay extra also no luck?
Chis!
haha..20 for few second early ah? siao meh? AA really asyik talk about money only
oooo i am still so frustrated about this ridiculous “express boarding” thingy. It’s absurd! It deserves to be ‘hentam’ in my blog…and 20 years down the road when my kids look back at the blog..i hope things have changed for the better!
