Vyktore loves Kiddy Rides. Whenever he sees one in the shopping mall, he’d go after it. He will want us to put him on it and then he will shake and move…hoping that it will move. If it doesn’t, he will take our hand and ask us put money in :|.
I’m OK with 1-2 rounds of Kiddy Rides…but he is NOT!! He wants to sit there forever and he doesn’t want to get down :|. If we try to bring him down he will scream and don’t want us to carry. So how? I just let him sit on it without moving…he move himself. Till he happy and tired. Then I slowly divert him to do something else then he will get off.
Same here with my kids, till we got to drag them away or distract them with something else like ice creams.

my younger boy too. when he was around Vyktore age, he screamed and terrorized if we don’t let him have his ‘manymanymany’ round of rides. although he still likes it but much easier to negotiate with him for other alternatives now.
Yeah.. it’d be difficult to trick him like how I trick XY… Mommy don’t hv coins. LOL
hahahahah…guess all kids are like that. Mine included 😐 She can really scream the whole place down if take her off it. Best is avoid letting her go up there 🙁
I guess all kids like kiddy rides. My girl too. My trick, it works all the time, Teletubbies.
Yes, my kid doesn’t even mind if it’s not moving, as long as she gets to sit on it. Sometimes when we spot these rides nearby, hubby and I have to distract her to look elsewhere and then quickly walk past.
Because he loves the ride.
en en also the same as long as the machine is not moving *roll eyes* if we wants her to get down just slot in the coin, get the machine to move and she will be screaming to ome down… hahaha! ~evil laugh~

Actually I’m quite mean, I pretend that I’m walking away without Bryan, wave “bye bye” then he quickly wants to come down. Ha ha *evil*

Take him to Giant, it has endless kiddy rides. I think he will get sian with it. It is free!
my son is starting to want to ride on the kiddie rides, but usually i don’t put in the coin so no movement. he is just fine sitting there turning the steering wheels. but he also doesnt want to get down when is time to leave. need to divert his attention telling him we going for even ‘better’ kiddie ride in the next corner. then he comes down and gladly move away. then we take him to the car. hehehe
Time to get a rocking chair at home?
hehe yea same with my kids .. they love kiddy rides but if i say no they will be fine too.
