Day 6: The exam & another farewell

Jazzmint

Geez…blog hiatus and very much backdated.

So you think after being jobless, you are very free? Well, definitely not. I’m even busier than ever. Everyday I have a checklist of what to do. And before we leave the house, I’ll run thru with Hon what the route for the day would be and what are the things to be done.

But Monday it’s an important day. For I’m taking my motorbike license O.o. Yeah…I kid you not!! Thanks to hubs lah, he say better get a bike license here then go there easier, in case we need to ride a bike. Of course I’m just a kapchai biker, not a 1000cc biker. Nevertheless, the exam was scary.

I’ve been practicing since January, supposed to take the exam way back in March, but seriously, I don’t even have time to go practice. Only manage to do it once a month!!

So Monday was the big day. I shall spare you with all the nerve wrecking moment and lets just say, I passed :). But am I ready to ride? Err…I guess not, license for show only LOL.

At night was another farewell with ex-colleagues from my previous company prior to Lenovo. Actually, it’s been a while since I last met some of them, so it was great to catch up before I leave. We had dinner at Bumbu Bali. Delicious food with great company. We left the place at 11pm.

  1. The more you ride, the more you’ll get the hang of it. I took my bike exam when I got accepted into uni. Can’t afford a car and not convenient to rely on public transport so biking it was! 🙂
